During the month of November, Be A Senator is highlighting gratitude as our character focus. Senators show gratitude by having a grateful attitude and being thankful toward others. Studies show that teens who practice gratitude daily can improve social connections, increase their self-esteem and reduce depression and anxiety. Make it a daily habit by finding 3 things that you are grateful for each day. Have a great week from Be A Senator.
We have started AP exam sign-ups. There are two steps to sign up for the AP Exams. First, students need to join each AP course on myap.collegeboard.org and register for the exam. Second, students will need to sign-up/pay online at www.TotalRegistration.com. AP students and their parents/guardians should have received an email about this, and information can be found on each AP teacher’s Canvas page about the ordering process. The due date to order an exam is Friday, November 6th. After this date, there will be a $40 late sign-up fee. Exams will begin in May of 2027.
Questions? Ask your AP teacher or email Mrs. Lauer (NPLauer@sps186.org).
